THE PEOPLE’S FOOD BANK

For 6 months Ourchive has been running a food bank in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. We have been partnering with organizers, leaders, neighbors and activists to secure food and resources during and abroad this COVID crisis. We are asking for your help to do more. We are adding a refrigerator outside our warehouse at 5424 Lena St. Philadelphia, 19144, for 24hr food drop off and pick up for community memembers as well as adding another refrigerator inside our warehouse for storage. We are trying to raise $10,000 over the course of the fall and winter season to support our volunteer/food bank coordinator as well as our partners and volunteers. 

 

 

We hope that if you cannot give large amounts at once that you are able to sign up for monthly or weekly donations to support the food bank.
